I did it, I made it 39.3 miles!
It was a long two days, but it was really fun and inspiring. I was a little nervous doing the walk by myself, but I met some wonderful people along the way.
Last year I had four blisters by the end of the first day however this year I somehow lucked out and didn't get a single blister.

The boys dropped me off and met me at the finish line.

 So excited to start walking!
If you click on this picture you can see how many walkers there were. I think there were a few thousand.

Almost there!
I've never been happier to cross a finish line.
I even got this wonderful surprise when I got back.

With everyone's support we raised over $4.2 million!
Thank you to everyone who supported me!

This is such a wonderful cause, I hope to continue to walk for many more years.

This is the big weekend I have been looking forward to all year!
It's the Avon Walk for Breast Cancer.
I've raised well over my goal of $1800.00, I'm at $2230.00 and I'm expecting a few more last minute donations!
Woohoo!

Let's hope this year turns out better than last year. Getting pulled from the walk with 5 miles left to go, was super disappointing. I can tell you, I learned my lesson and plan on drinking LOTS more water.

Wish me luck...39.3 miles here I come!

Welcome Trent!

We made a quick trip over to Vacaville this last weekend to see the newest member of the Nelepovitz family.
He's such a little cutie!

We also spent much of the weekend in the pool. The boys both loved the water!

We've been back from Orlando for a few days now. The time change on east coast really got to us. Most days we were at the park when it opened around 8, so that means it was 5 our time. Plus we were up an hour or so before that to get ready, so we were getting up at about 3am our time. Needless to say we were all pretty exhausted, however it didn't stop us from having an amazing time!

My grandma treated all 15 of us to this wonderful vacation. We played at the pool, went shopping, went to Animal Kingdom, Gatorland, Epcot, Magic Kingdom, did an airboat ride and a trip to the Kennedy Space Center.

We rode lots of rides, Elio went down his first waterside, they touched alligators, saw all their favorite characters (Mikey was at the top of the list!), pet cows and goats, saw fireworks, walked through a space shuttle, fed ducks and birds and had tons of fun!

 Woohoo!
I just made the minimum fundraising requirement for the Avon Walk for Breast Cancer!
That means I officially get to walk, and I'm super excited.
I've raised $1800.00 and am still going!

Happy 3rd Birthday Elio!

Despite Elio, Nico and I all being sick this weekend
(the boys both had their first 24 hour flu),
I'm pretty sure he had the best birthday,
a boy turning three could ask for.

He started the day with gingerbread shaped pancakes- his request.

Then a little fishing trip with Daddy, Nonno, and Nico.

They didn't catch any fish, but they did go to the park to fly kites after.

The boys were pretty tired after the morning activities, so they took a little nap.

After nap time, we went up to Nonna and Nonno's. They had a little surprise waiting for him in the garage.
Here's Elio as the garage door is opening:

 YAY!!! A Polaris Ranger!
(just like Nonno!)

 Even a seat for brother!

Thanks Nonno and Nonna!

After the exciting new toy, we had spaghetti and meatballs for dinner and a car cake for desert (both requested by the birthday boy).

I'd say it was a pretty great birthday, although I'm a little worried for next year. Aren't birthdays supposed to be better every year? I'm not sure how we're going to top this one!

Yesterday was a great day!

The MOMS Club organized a trip on the Skunk Train for us. First we drove out to Camp Mendocino. It's a boys and girls camp in the summer, but right now they're getting it ready for the campers so there are two families there at the moment. They both have little kids, so they were happy to have us come and play for the day.
It's such a beautiful camp, surrounded by redwood trees, and far enough out of town that it gets warm. We showed up and hung out for a bit, then the train picked up up and took us to Northspur. It was only a 10 minute ride, which seemed perfect for the kids, and I think we all felt pretty special having the train stop just for us. When arrived at Northspur, we had a little lunch, ice cream, hung out and enjoyed the beautiful day.
The train took us back to camp, then we hung out and played and saw some really cute piglets. We all had so much fun and it made me feel so lucky to stay home with the boys and have the opportunity to do things like this with them.
I had shorts picked out and Elio insisted on wearing cowboys boots.
Kinda funny outfit, but he looks pretty cute!
 The swinging bridge.
Can you see the train coming in the background?
 Enjoying the outdoor car.
 mmm...ice cream.
8 week old little pigs.
